My name is Konstantinos Zambetakis

My long experience in the Mediterranean diet and culture gives me the advantage to be able to undertake the creation of different kinds of menu, promising a gastronomic journey through Cretan cuisine.

Together we will start at your place traveling into the most distinguished and unique Cretan flavor’s paths, giving you the chance to taste the most delicate, based always on tradition, dishes.

Nature’s simplicity married to culinary art

All products are homemade with “meraki” ( the greek word of love and passion of what you are doing).

All the raw materials are wisely collected and chosen from local producers, who are qualified in biological agriculture and free range farming. Plenty of them are of my own production.

Extra Virgin Olive Oil of my own production is used to each dish.

Sharp taste , like snow flakes salt, collected in Balos (Chania) during summer time , processed and dried by myself gives this kind of intensity in  taste that disserves in Cretan Cuisine.
